Nash Bash Itinerary

This is the tentative itinerary for the Nash Bash weekend. It may change if our game times change.

Friday March 12, 2010
2:00 p.m.	Meet at designated spot
2:30 p.m.	Bus departs
6:30 p.m. Nashville Time	Est. Arrive in Nashville (Nashville is in the Central Time Zone so we will gain a hour when we arrive
7:00 p.m.	Check in at Hotel
7:30-8:30 p.m.	Dinner – Pizza at Hotel
8:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.	Free Time
11:00 p.m.	Must be back in assigned rooms
11:15 p.m.	Lights out and room check
Saturday March 12, 2010
8:00 a.m.	Wake Up
8:30 a.m.	Breakfast at Hotel
9:30 a.m.	Everyone must be in the hotel lobby ready to get on the bus.
9:45 a.m.	Leave for field
10:15 a.m.	Arrive at field get space set up
11:00 a.m.	Warm Ups for Game 1 start
Noon	Brownsburg vs. Maryville Field 1
1 p.m.	Brownsburg vs. Siegel Field 1
2:00 p.m.	Lunch/Free Time
3:00 p.m.	Warm Ups for Game 3 start
4:00 p.m.	Brownsburg vs. Storm Rugby
5:30 p.m.	Board Bus back to hotel
7:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.	Dinner
8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m.	Free Time
10:00 p.m.	Must be back in assigned room
10:15 p.m.	Lights Out
Sunday March 13, 2010	As a reminder we need to turn our clocks ahead 1 hour before we go to sleep. Sunday morning is spring forward day.
6:00 a.m.	Wake Up
6:30-	Breakfast
7:00	Everyone must be in the hotel lobby ready to get on the bus. With all of your stuff.
7:15 a.m.	Leave for field
7:30 a.m.	Arrive at field get space set up
8:00 a.m.	Warm Ups for Game 4 start
9:00 a.m.	Brownsburg vs. White Station Field 1
10:00-noon	Lunch/Free Time
Noon	Warm Ups for Game 5 start
1:00 p.m.	Brownsburg vs. Brentwood Field 1
2:30 p.m.	Get on the bus to get back to Brownsburg.
8:30 p.m. (Eastern Time)	Arrive back in Brownsburg
